The key bitting machine is mainly designed for bitting key cuts but also able to mark key codes, de-burr keys and ring keys. Keys can be automatically fed by the magazine or one vibratory bowl feeder. These 3 types of machine can transfer the keys into each station for machining process at the same time. Work jobs are selected by the operator on the touch screen with PC available via online servers for production control. Finished ringed key sets will be unloaded to 6-box carousel in sequence.

B100(Index Type)
This B100(index) machine is with a 6 stations index. It rotates every 4 seconds for each station working. Magazine loading or bowl feeding the key blanks into the fixture of the index as Station 1.
Station 2: Dot matrix marking on the key blanks.
Station 3: single side bitting.
Station 4: backstop broaching & burs scraping.
Station 5: chip brushing.
Station 6: ringing keys and unloading.

However, due to the limit space, this type of machine can’t add more functions such as camera checking, tag marking, and ringing….
